We support Tasmanians with a disability to achieve your goals for accommodation, social skills, and life activities.
We offer you:
- Assistance with navigating the NDIS system
- Support with developing life skills and independence
- Assistance with community integration and relationship building
- A place to live and thrive in a supportive, welcoming environment
When joining St Michaels, you will meet with our friendly team to talk about your specific needs, interests, strengths and goals. From here, we’ll develop your plan, letting the team know your preferences and how you want your supports delivered.
During these conversations, we’ll talk about how you want to organise your budget. We’ll discuss the possibilities and create a detailed plan that will become part of your documentation. Download our admissions form here.
