St Michael’s has an extensive program of social and community activities for you to choose from.
One of our core beliefs is that independence is strengthened by building relationships and social skills.
We’ve developed an extensive annual program of in-house and Day Program activities that support you to improve your health, wellbeing and life skills.
What is it?
A service that assists you to engage with community, social or recreational activities, provided in a centre or community setting at a price that suits your needs.
How can St Michael’s assist?
We have a thriving program of activities regularly enjoyed by our passionate participants. Together, we can choose programs tailored to the specific outcomes in your NDIS plan.
Our programs include:
- Gym activities
- Swimming
- Structured sport
- Self-defence
- Walking in the community
- Sensory room
- Relaxation
- Cooking and nutrition
- Public transport training
- Road safety training

Services that will support you in developing skills so you can independently access your community. These will usually take the form of skills-based learning.
How can St Michael’s assist?
We provide a variety of programs to assist you to develop your independence within the community. Some examples of these include:
- Walking in the community
- Self-Defence
- Dancing
- Singing/Music
- Sports Activities
- Camps
